Morning Tai Chi
With over 5000 years of history, Tai Chi is scientifically designed to help people maintain a healthy body through stretching, breathing and meditation. Many diseases in the modern age are due to stress, which blocks energy flow. Tai Chi can increase flexibility, balance, circulation and fitness, improve the immune system, detoxify the body, and boost energy and power. Learning and practicing Tai Chi at a young age will help our students build a healthy lifestyle that have life long benefits.
